The Standard and Poor\u2019s (S&amp;P 500) composite index (see above image) hit an all time high of 3699 points on Friday with a weekly gain of 34 points (0.9%). All this gambling the 1% are doing amongst <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasdaq.com\/articles\/buzz-u.s.-stocks-on-the-move-activision-blizzard-big-banks-oil-stocks-2020-12-04\">the slowest job growth in 6 months and an economy experiencing the worst downturn in decades<\/a> will come back to haunt us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As meanwhile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2020\/10\/20\/nyregion\/nyc-food-banks.html?referringSource=articleShare\">Millions of Americans are going hungry<\/a> in one of the riches countries in the world.<\/li><li>Countries like Guatemala and Venezuela, dependent on foreign aid from the United States, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/12\/04\/world\/americas\/guatemala-hurricanes-mudslide-migration.html?referringSource=articleShare\">struggle under the weight of unsafe living conditions from natural disasters<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/11\/26\/world\/asia\/venezuela-charity-raid.html?referringSource=articleShare\">dictatorial oppression<\/a>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A time will come when the 99% outcry and set the world on fire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/11\/21\/world\/americas\/guatemala-budget-protests-congress-fire.html?referringSource=articleShare\">the way they are right now in Guatemala<\/a> over the gross economic injustices fueled by <strong>#grotesque<\/strong> greed. Then, the 1% will pull out of the markets to protect themselves and the rest of the story after that is chaos.
