Payment of their current apartment is satisfied by agreed upon rent #concessions<\/strong> signed into effect BEFORE the Coronavirus outbreak as compensation for breaching the warranty of habitability<\/a> in lieu of legal repercussions from \u201cdrain the swamp\u201d prescribed flooding tactics, strategically deployed to force tenant distribution. And after intentionally flooding their current apartment, they intentionally flooded the replacement apartment to force a lease termination. They then took it a step further by charging a whole year\u2019s rent for the replacement apartment that was pending move in due to Coronavirus continuous surges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make matters even worse, they threw a shady insurance reimbursement deadline upon them as reason why they need Jesus\u2019 parents to move out within 30 days, while national eviction #moratorium<\/strong> constraints are still in effect and Coronavirus cases are surging throughout the State of Colorado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To #dishearten<\/strong> anything from remaining as it once was, their evil tactics even resulted in the loss of mail delivery to both apartments. Effectively requiring alterations to Jesus\u2019 Mother\u2019s voter registration a month before Election Day to prevent what was almost a successful attempt to suppress her vote. Thank you Jesus Christ the US Postal Service<\/a> took the unusual step to deliver her mail-in ballot to one of her mailboxes, despite that it contained a VACANCY SLIP inside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As if the impending destruction of America wasn\u2019t enough pain and suffering. Clearly, a price cannot be placed on community prosperity when everyone is out for themselves to the point of defrauding their neighbors and destroying the country in the process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saints of the Lord Jesus Christ can gain faith #immunity<\/strong> by regularly studying the Holy Bible<\/a>, prayer, praise\/worship, and wearing a mask to protect those with weak faith (1 Corinthians 8:7<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
