Jewish Holiday: Shavuot

YHWH||ANYAMARY||JESUSISRAEL say in agreement together,

Introduction

Shavuot, is the celebration of when the LORD God of Hosts in the Lord Jesus Christ brought down the Ten #Commandments from Mount Sinai through Moses. The Ten Commandments were written by the Hand of God on two stone tablets. Through the Ten Commandments, the LORD God of Hosts in the Lord Jesus Christ entered in to a #covenant agreement with His People. The Ten Commandments are unmistakably the primary source of American Law as they define clear moral principles that separate behavior that is good vs. evil, right vs. wrong, just vs. injustice, and #holy vs. #profane.

Last year’s celebration of Shavuot coincides with the date when the LORD God of Hosts in the Lord Jesus Christ gave the Jewish people the Ten Commandments exactly 3,333 years ago!

The Ten Commandments

  1. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.
  2. Thou shalt not make an image of false gods out of anything in Heaven or on earth.
  3. Thou shalt not worship any false gods.
  4. Thou shalt not take the Name of the LORD, your God in the Lord Jesus Christ in vain.
  5. Thou shalt remember the Sabbath Day and keep in holy. Six days you labor and on the seventh day all labor shalt cease. For the LORD, your God in the Lord Jesus Christ rested after creating the earth and the firmament above in six God-days.
  6. Honor your mother and father.
  7. Thou shalt not murder.
  8. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
  9. Thou shalt not give false testimony against your neighbor.
  10. Thou shalt not covet your neighbor’s house, spouse or anything that belongs unto your neighbor.
